Jaime Rand, CPA, is a Senior Manager in CohnReznick’s Bethesda office and a member of the firm’s Assurance Practice. She provides audit, review, and compilation services, along with other accounting and advisory support to a range of clients. Her work includes serving real estate developers, nonprofit organizations, hotel and office building owners, multifamily residential properties, and restaurateurs. She also has experience supporting investment funds and is knowledgeable in Investment Company Guide – Fair Value, GAAP cost basis, IFRS, and income tax basis reporting.

In her role, Ms. Rand is responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, including determining audit scope, selecting procedures, supervising staff, and reviewing work papers. She also communicates key audit issues with both engagement team members and clients and oversees the preparation of financial statements.

In addition to her client service responsibilities, Ms. Rand is actively involved in firm recruitment initiatives and participates in a variety of internal engagement and social activities within the firm.

Ms. Rand studied Accounting at the University of Maryland. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
